Introduction:

Equipment Features:


    1. The projects together have 3*150KW microwave production lines, from prickly ash washing, material feeding,

        de-enzyming and moisturing processes. Daily output productivity can reach 100 tons.


    2. Traditional hot wind de-enzyming technique need to dry the prickly ash in the sunlight the day before,

       then roasting it in the oven at 80℃ for 10 hours.

    3. This system can extracting the natural zanthoxylum oil while de-enzyming. Partialy of the zanthoxylum oil

        comes out to the surface of the prickly ash under the high-power microwave treatment, and then condensation

        be collected . Zanthoxylum oil is high value aromatic substance can be applied as spice and medicine.
